time to get honest: as a designer people expect me to know all about art. and while i do know a few things here and there, i mostly guessing as much as the next person. especially when it comes to abstract. but there is an easy thing about the color blue, a lot of the time we see blue in an absract painting it is representing the sky or water. in this relief, the colors and flow of the brush make me think of water, and more specifically the many shades of the ocean.
