later this year i'm going to jump into neutral colors, but i've always found it funny that a deep navy blue (much like the color we saw yesterday in the living room) can be considered a neutral. it's the only "colorful" color that we treat that way. neutrals are considered be palatable with any other color from the color wheel. do you wear navy as a neutral, with any other color? or do you prefer your blue as a pop of color?
