when living in a small place without much closet space, a clothing rack is a really fun way to hang your clothes. even if you're not living in a small space, having some of your favorite tops and skirts that make you feel happy when you wear them out in front of you can also make you feel happy and inspired when you see them. as long as a clothing rack always looks neat and styled, i say flaunt those pretty pieces instead of hiding them in a closet.
