for me, valentines is all about being classy, maybe a little whimsical, and definitely a lot flirty. nothing says classy and romantic to me like a good red manicure. red polish scare you? it did me too for a long time. but it's all about finding a shade you love.
for a cherry red go for OPI, chickflick cherry. for an almost-oxblood shade try Nars, chinatown. for a pinky-red i love essie, headmisstress.
