Custom Built Home

Occasionally I do some real estate stalking even though I'm no where close to being able to purchase a home right now. The FH and I will mostly likely rent for a couple years before we seriously start looking into owning. But I came across this little beauty in Yorktown, Indiana and I had to share it.
Impressive from the outside but the landscaping needs a bit of work.

My favorite part? This AMAZING front door. It's not something you see everyday and completely stunning.

Loving the windows and loving the view. And how gorgeous is the tongue-in-groove ceiling!?

I'm not typically a fan of wood paneling but this is so amazing, I'll look past it. White granite countertops + a gorgeously scrumptious glass block backsplash = heaven.

The open concept keeps me content. Plenty of space for oversized seating to cozy up next to the fire.

This bathroom is beautiful, but it would need an update for my taste. I like a bit of glam. But it has the fundamentals and a great canvas.

Love the opening and the high ceilings.
While there are several things I would update in this home, the foundation is there and it has great architectural elements. Here are the details...

4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
3 car attached garage
Great room fireplace, gas
Library fireplace, gas
